, Mexico- We're expanding our People & Culture department in Mexico, and right now we're looking for a Training & Development professional.As a Senior Training & Development specialist, you will play an integral role in **creating, implementing and facilitating employee development programs in the LatAm region**.
You will get the flexibility to design and organize training courses by combining creativity, research and analysis of existing and new materials.
**Responsibilities**:- Create and manage global learning programs, ensuring program quality, effectiveness, consistency and scalability.Continuously drive program improvements;- Deliver structured learning experiences and assess impact (both virtually and in-person);- Partner closely with functional and regional stakeholders across the organization to identify learning needs and collaborate with team-members to build and deliver learning initiatives and solutions;- Supervision and participation in internal projects; collaborate with other teams in the People & Culture department to implement global projects in the region of responsibility;- Keep the learning content up to date:



create boards and files for team collaboration;- Collect analytics and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities;- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results;- Work collaboratively with instructional designers;- Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops and deliver the appropriate modification, 1:1 coaching and reinforcement as needed.Act as a trusted partner for regional and integral stakeholders to advise on and implement effective learning solutions.
**Qualifications**:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning, design, and delivery of training and facilitating meetings;- Experience in tech companies and business partnering experience are beneficial;- Solid program and project management skills,- Knowledge of pedagogical design and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of training;- English and Spanish proficiency, Portuguese would be an advantage;- Demonstrated experience delivering training to a live audience virtually and in-person;- Ability to use and facilitate e-learning authoring tools;- Developed communication skills, ability to work independently, proactivity and creativity, technical and business acumen.
