Job Title:Production & Sourcing ManagerJob Type:Full-Time / RemoteWork Hours:Monday – Friday, PSTJob OverviewOur client, a globally recognized lifestyle and design brand, is looking for aProduction & Sourcing Managerto lead end-to-end manufacturing and supplier operations.In this role, you will manage the full production lifecycle-from product concept to final delivery—while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time execution across multiple product lines.You will work cross-functionally with design, product development, marketing, and logistics teams to bring creative products to life at scale, while maintaining strong relationships with global suppliers and manufacturers.ResponsibilitiesManage the full production lifecycle across multiple product lines and SKUs, from development through deliveryCreate tech packs, costing sheets, and production briefs to translate concepts into production-ready specificationsSource, evaluate, and onboard global manufacturers while negotiating pricing, MOQs, and timelinesBuild and manage production timelines to ensure launches stay on trackCoordinate with design, marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align on product execution and deliveryOversee sampling processes, including reviewing and approving samples with clear feedbackTrack production progress, identify delays,



and resolve issues with suppliers proactivelyEnsure consistent product quality across all production runs, including materials, construction, and packagingManage costing to meet margin targets and identify opportunities to improve efficiencySupport inventory planning and production quantities based on demand forecastsMaintain accurate production documentation, purchase orders, and supplier recordsSupport retail partnerships with product timelines, requirements, and exclusive launchesMust-HaveExperience managing end-to-end production and sourcing for consumer products such as apparel, accessories, stationery, or similarStrong knowledge of integral manufacturing and experience working with overseas suppliersProven ability to negotiate pricing, MOQs, and production timelinesExperience creating tech packs, costing sheets, and production documentationHands-on experience with product development cycles, including sampling and quality controlStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflowsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products on scheduleStrong communication and supplier management skillsNice-to-HaveExperience working in fast-paced consumer brands or licensing-driven environmentsExposure to inventory planning and demand forecastingExperience supporting retail partnerships and product launches
