Job Title:Apparel Production ManagerDepartment:Operations & ProductionReports To:Head of MerchandisingLocation:RemoteWork Hours:PSTJob Type:Full-timeJob OverviewWe're helping our client, find a high-impact Apparel Production Manager to lead end-to-end execution for Costco and Sam's Club roadshow programs.In this role, you will manage all production functions from purchase order to delivery, with a strong focus on complex packaging requirements, global vendor coordination, and tight timelines.The ideal candidate is a solutions-driven operator who thrives under pressure, moves quickly without sacrificing detail, and has deep experience managing international vendor networks, cross-functional workflows, and high-stakes retail launches.Responsibilities:Roadshow Program Execution:Serve as the primary production lead for all Costco and Sam's Club roadshow launches — including SKU assortments, pre-packs, compliance, and store-specific routing.Drive execution of custom packaging, pallet displays, labeling, and retailer-specific delivery windows.Translate shifting sales forecasts into agile production plans without compromising deadlines or accuracy.Production & Calendar ManagementOversee all production milestones using Net Suite, Centric PLM, and Anvyl (Sage) — from fabric commitment through delivery.Maintain accurate WIP updates and ensure every stakeholder is aligned on delivery goals, production risks, and launch-critical changes.Navigate compressed, high-pressure timelines and manage updates in real-time with internal and external teams.General Vendor CollaborationManage a network of international vendors across Asia, Central America, and other sourcing regions.Align with suppliers on capacity, pricing, timelines,



and packaging compliance for each retail program.Lead daily/weekly vendor check-ins and anticipate delays or compliance issues before they escalate.Cross-Functional ExecutionWork cross-functionally with Product Development, Tech Design, Sales, Logistics, and Planning to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.Use Slack and Asana to communicate updates, surface risks, and maintain visibility across teams.Ensure smooth handoffs between departments and external partners to avoid delays or duplications.Packaging, QA & ComplianceOwn all packaging requirements for roadshows, including custom inserts, ticketing, and display guidelines.Oversee pre-production samples (PP), TOPs, and final inspections — ensuring each item meets retailer standards.Partner with QA and 3 PL teams to guarantee floor-ready delivery with 100% compliance.3–7 years apparel production experience, ideally in high-volume and fast-turn environments.Direct experience managing Costco, Sam's Club, or other big-box/club retail roadshow programs.Proficient in Net Suite, Centric PLM, and Anvyl/Sage.Proven success working with global vendors, including managing capacity, compliance, and international lead times.Strong organizational skills with an ability to juggle competing priorities under pressure.Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable driving daily execution across internal and external teams.Proficiency with Slack and Asana for task management and visibility.Preferred Requirements:Experience with EDI and retailer vendor portals (e.g., Costco GDSN, Sam's Club Retail Link).
Strong Excel skills (costing, calendars, WIP reports).
Background in menswear or direct-to-consumer apparel is a plus.
