In this role, the individual is responsible for ensuring compliance with U.S. Government Property regulations, specifically FAR ********, while overseeing the full lifecycle management of government-owned property.
This includes receipt, inventory, storage, issuance, utilization, and shipment activities.
Working under general supervision, the role requires applying foundational knowledge of government property compliance and contributing to continuous improvement through metrics analysis and self-assessments.
The position supports operational excellence by partnering with site custodians and coordinators to maintain compliance and drive accountability.Roles and ResponsibilitiesServe as the site's Government Property Site Manager (GOPS20) within the GAM divisionEnsure compliance with FAR ******** across all aspects of government property managementManage the full lifecycle of U.S. Government property, including receipt, inventory, storage, issuance, utilization,



and shipmentConduct metrics tracking and perform regular self‐assessments to evaluate compliance and identify improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with Government Property Custodians and Coordinators to ensure proper processes and controls are maintainedAnalyze issues and recommend solutions using standard procedures and compliance guidelinesSupport audits and ensure documentation accuracy for all government property activitiesUtilize enterprise systems, including SAP and eQuip, to manage and track property recordsDemonstrate strong communication and coordination across site teamsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degreeWorking knowledge of U.S. Government Property regulations, including FAR ********Experience managing or supporting government property lifecycle activitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in EnglishAbility to work under general supervision with occasional directionMust be a Mexican Citizen or US ExpatMust have visa allowing travel to US when necessaryFluent English and Spanish required due to frequent communication with U.S.-based teams and stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience in a Government Property Site Manager or similar roleFamiliarity with SAP and/or eQuip systemsExperience conducting compliance metrics, audits, or self‐assessmentsKnowledge of aerospace, defense, or government property environmentsDemonstrated ability to improve processes and ensure regulatory complianceKBR BenefitsKBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include medical, life insurance, and food vouchers.
