Responsibilities Monthly spare parts invoicing gets over 2,000 per month with weekly shipment and invoicing from Logistics area.
No systems are available to make an automated selection of invoices in overdue stages.
Invoices in overdue need to be classified and moved to BBVA credit line manually in a daily basis.
This position will be responsible to follow up the credit line availability with each dealer.
A permanent communication with AFS Logistics, Finance, BBVA and dealers is required.
