POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Site Merch Lead to join our e-commerce team .
In this role, you will lead the localized content strategy and site merchandising operations for our Mexico digital channels .
Acting as the key driver for the localization and transition of processes from the US team to the Mexico team, you will oversee the digital customer journey across both web and app platforms to drive conversion, revenue, and operational efficiency .
The successful candidate will manage daily site content builds, optimize product discoverability and page sorting logic, and lead a cross-functional workflow that reduces dependencies on integral assets while catering specifically to the Mexican market.
This is a pivotal role for establishing independent local timelines and pushing boundaries in testing and execution.
