Lima Charlie Inc. (LCI) is looking for a strategic, creative, research-driven Marketing Assistant with 4-6 years of experience to support the Marketing Team Lead with market research, social listening, LinkedIn outreach, lead follow-up, content, and website support.
This person should think ahead, connect the dots across research and outreach, and bring fresh creative ideas, not just execute tasks.
Remote from Mexico, supporting a U.S.-based team.
Compensation: $9 hourly USD Responsibilities: Research follow up consistently so leads don't go cold.
Keep lead trackers/CRM updated and flag upcoming leads needing attention.
Website Edits able to multitask across channels.
Strategic thinker who can spot opportunities from research and data, paired with a creative eye for content and messaging.
Preferred Experience with AI content tools.
Experience with lead follow-up/CRM.
