Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Support the identification and qualification of potential clients and business opportunities. Conduct market and prospect research to identify new leads and target companies. Assist with lead generation and maintaining accurate prospect databases. Support the preparation of commercial presentations, proposals, and sales materials. Assist the sales team with follow-ups and client communication. Update and maintain CRM records and sales pipelines. Monitor potential business opportunities and support the follow-up process.



Assist in preparing reports and tracking sales activities and results.

Marketing

Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Assist with the creation and coordination of content for LinkedIn and other professional platforms. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, and promotional content. Help coordinate company events, webinars, networking activities, and other business development initiatives. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and market presence.

Administrative & Business Support

Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents. Maintain organized records of clients, prospects, campaigns, and commercial activities. Support the team with ad-hoc business development and marketing projects. Collaborate with different departments to suppo
