Highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician Specialist to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves performing advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex machinery and systems to ensure optimal production efficiency and minimize downtime.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment, including CNC machines, robotics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and material handling equipment.* Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools.* Execute repairs, rebuilds, and replacements of components,



ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.* Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to document work performed, track parts usage, and manage work orders.* Train and mentor junior technicians on maintenance best practices and equipment operation.* Participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.* Job Qualifications:* Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering .* Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems (up to 480V), including PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), VFDs, and motor controls.* Ability to read and interpret complex electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.* Familiarity with various types of sensors, actuators, and control devices.* Ability to work versátil hours, including weekends and overtime, as needed.* Forklift and aerial lift certification preferred.
