At Antal International Mexico , we're expanding our team and looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to develop new business.
This role is adecuado for professionals who see themselves as trusted advisors, enjoy building long-term client relationships, and thrive in a consultative sales environment.
What you'll do
- Develop new business opportunities and expand your client portfolio. - Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers. - Identify hiring opportunities through networking, referrals, and consultative selling. - Manage executive search assignments from business development through successful placement. - Collaborate with Antal's international network to support cross-border opportunities. - Become a trusted talent advisor for your clients.
We're looking for professionals who have:




- A strong track record in business development within recruitment or executive search. - Experience opening new accounts and growing existing client relationships. - The ability to generate their own pipeline and consistently convert opportunities into recruitment projects. - An established professional network or active client portfolio ( highly preferred ). - Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle. - Advanced English.
