Are you an accomplished Recruitment Specialist with experience in a complex matrix organization? Is flexibility and an agile work ethic important to you?
We are looking for a Recruiter to manage recruitment in Central America recruiting across Panama, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica and Nicaragua, as well as supporting recruitment in Latin America Region as needed.

We partner with business leaders to define talent acquisition needs and develop a clear and comprehensive plan for achieving them. We develop talent attraction and sourcing strategies, manage our employment brand, develop recruiting tools, manage all assessment and selection processes and effectively close and onboard candidates - at both the university/early careers and experienced hire levels.




Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including business leadership, HR generalists, integral recruitment colleagues etc. Lead the recruitment transformation efforts and implementation of process change for Central America and strive for best practice as a team
Ensure recruitment technology is fit-for-purpose and enables efficient execution of the talent acquisition strategy
Continue to build and develop hiring analytics that track effectiveness of recruitment efforts and quality of hire and help shape the sourcing strategy
A Recruiter with at least 3 years' experience and who has managed regional recruitment in Latin America mainly in Central America recruiting across Panama, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Costa Rica and Nicaragua
