The Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita is looking for a Beverage Manager who shares passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.
Qualifications
3-5 years leadership experience in a high volume upscale / luxury environment as restaurant / bar manager overseeing a beverage program
Solid understanding of beverage cost controls and inventory management
Mixology background with focus on classic cocktails and ahead of industry trends
Fluency in English, ability to meet, engage and connect with resort guests, media and international beverage professionals.
Encompass a high level of integrity for professionalism rooted in maturity, self-awareness and responsibility in the presence of alcohol.
