Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) Growth Marketing – U.We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us open and prospect the U.You will join a high-performance environment that offers continuous training, the support of a dedicated Account Executive (AE) , and sales resources specifically designed to maximize your conversion rates.

Qualify sales opportunities and schedule executive demos with your assigned AE.
Maintain detailed records of activities, contacts, and follow-ups in the CRM.
C1-level or native English proficiency , with complete verbal fluency for cold calls with U.Proven previous experience working with English-speaking clients.
Basic knowledge of Growth Marketing and Performance Marketing , including Paid Media, SEO, CRO, web design,



and automation.
Familiarity with prospecting tools and CRM platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Demos Booked: Number of qualified meetings successfully scheduled on the AE's calendar.
Comprehensive Training: Theoretical and hands-on training in our digital growth solutions and prospecting methodologies.
Sales Tools: Access to pre-validated, compelling prospecting offers designed to make it easier to initiate conversations with potential clients.
Fully remote position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mexico City time).
