We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and validation of structural systems for complex vertical construction (high-rise buildings). This role is critical in ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with applicable regulations, while contributing to the sustainability and long-term performance of structures.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development of safe, functional, and optimized structural designs for vertical building projects, considering technical, economic, and environmental factors.
- Perform advanced structural analysis under gravitational and dynamic loads using both manual methods and specialized engineering software.
- Oversee the preparation and review of calculation reports, structural drawings, construction details, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all technical documentation complies with local and international codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor design deliverables, including BIM models and drawings, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate and participate in multidisciplinary meetings with architects, consultants, clients, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
- Manage technical reviews,



validations, and design changes, assessing impacts on cost, schedule, and scope.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate structural risks, ensuring safety and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Masters degree in Structural Engineering (mandatory).
- Proven experience in structural design of vertical constructions (high-rise buildings is required).
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design codes, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, or similar) and BIM tools.
- Experience managing deliverables, technical documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Advanced English proficiency (preferred for international projects).
