What We're Looking For




- Bachelor's degree required – any field
- Customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused and professional attitude
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with multiple computer systems
- Healthcare or patient support experience is a plus, but not required
