Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Growth Marketing – U.S. Market | Results-Driven
We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us open and prospect the U.S. market. This role is focused on generating results by connecting with small and medium-sized professional services businesses across B2C sectors (contracting and home services) and B2B sectors (consulting) .
You will join a high-performance environment that offers continuous training, the support of a dedicated Account Executive (AE) , and sales resources specifically designed to maximize your conversion rates.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct active prospecting and cold calls to decision-makers across the U.S.
- Leverage our proven introductory offers, designed to capture prospects' attention and break the ice.
- Qualify sales opportunities and schedule executive demos with your assigned AE.
- Maintain detailed records of activities, contacts, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the AE to ensure scheduled opportunities progress effectively toward closing.





Required Qualifications
- C1-level or native English proficiency , with complete verbal fluency for cold calls with U.S.-based clients.
- Proven previous experience working with English-speaking clients.
- Complete comfort with cold calling and the ability to handle objections in real time.

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Growth Marketing and Performance Marketing , including Paid Media, SEO, CRO, web design, and automation.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools and CRM platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Outbound Activity: Daily and weekly volume of outbound calls and prospect touchpoints.
- Demos Booked: Number of qualified meetings successfully scheduled on the AE's calendar.
- Closed Clients: Revenue generated from sourced prospects, working collaboratively with the AE.
