The Role

At Sovos, we're looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to help us design, implement, and optimize the enterprise systems and infrastructure that power our global tax compliance platform. You'll be a key technical contributor, working across teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions that support both our business and our customers. This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise and mentorship will directly shape how we build and run systems at scale.

More specifically, you will:
- Perform triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex server and infrastructure-related issues, ensuring platform stability and responsiveness.
