Use Your Power for Purpose
- The Portfolio Management Lead is the strategic owner of the cluster's product portfolio across biosimilars and generics (Oncology, Immunology/Inflammation), responsible for driving portfolio prioritization, go-to-market design, launch sequencing, and lifecycle optimization across all cluster markets. The role translates general portfolio strategy into cluster-specific execution plans, ensuring the right products reach the right markets at the right time -- balancing growth ambition with resource constraints and competitive realities.
- This is a build-and-shape role: the Portfolio Management Lead will establish portfolio governance and decision-making frameworks from the ground up, identify white-space growth opportunities, and orchestrate cross-functional launch readiness in a newly formed cluster operating model.
