Responsibilities
About the role:
The Product Innovation Intern will support the International Operations Product Innovation area in organizing, analyzing,



and documenting initiatives that help countries identify growth opportunities, test ideas, and share learnings across markets.
In this role, you will contribute to activities related to market intelligence, innovation initiatives, experimentation routines, product performance tracking, and knowledge-sharing forums. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and country stakeholders to help structure information, prepare materials, monitor progress, and support the continuous improvement of the Product Innovation framework.
This position is adecuado for a student interested in leveraging data and analytics to support business decisions, improve reporting, and contribute to the development and growth of financial products across multiple international markets.
