Work you'll do/Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse general clients across a wide range of industries.
You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions, The Product Owner is accountable for one or more systems, leading a cross-functional product team to deliver business value for both internal and external clients.
This role closely partners with the Product Manager and broader firm leadership to shape, communicate, and deliver on the product strategy and roadmap.
The Product Owner manages prioritization, requirements, timelines,



and success criteria, harnessing multidisciplinary expertise to guide execution and maximize value delivery.
Key responsibilities include: Align product strategy with execution, maintaining the product roadmap and prioritizing the body of work for current and future delivery Manage system plans and artifacts, ensuring timely delivery against resource, stakeholder, timeline, and milestone requirements Lead, coach, and develop a matrixed team in pursuit of the product vision and team member growth Advise and collaborate with other product teams to maintain unified product strategy and progression The Team Join our AI limited sponsorship may be available for this role based on business needs and applicable law.
Preferred Advanced understanding of Product Management and Design Thinking principles and ability to expand these capabilities across teams.
Experience in digital product ownership with exposure to high-performing teams and ongoing professional development of team members.
History of working on multi-disciplinary and cross-divisional product teams.
Experience guiding the management of resource needs, dependencies, and stakeholder solution requirements.
Demonstrated ability to advise and align with adjacent product teams to ensure consistent and cohesive delivery across products.




Background in building business cases and measuring delivery against defined success criteria.
