About the Role U.S. Bankruptcy Law Firm is hiring a
Bilingual Bankruptcy Case Manager
with experience supporting U.S. bankruptcy cases (preferably Chapter 7 & 13). This is a
client-facing, long-term remote role
for someone organized, proactive, and confident communicating in English while managing legal documentation and case progress.
Key Responsibilities Manage bankruptcy client caseload from intake to case preparation Collect, review, and organize financial documents (bank statements, pay stubs, tax returns, IDs, creditor info) Follow up with clients to obtain missing documentation Track deadlines, case status, and required documents Maintain accurate case files in the system Communicate with clients in English and Spanish Support attorneys/paralegals with Chapter 7 & 13 case preparation
Requirements Experience with a
U.S.



Bankruptcy Law Firm (required) Background as Case Manager, Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Document Collector Experience with
Chapter 7 and/or Chapter 13 cases Strong knowledge of bankruptcy documentation and processes Fluent
English & Spanish (written and spoken) Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced remote environment Experience with legal/bankruptcy software is a plus
Adecuado Profile Strong case organization and client follow-up skills Comfortable handling sensitive financial information Confident communicating with U.S. attorneys and clients Reliable, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
