Use Your Power for Purpose
- The Cluster Lead holds full P&L; accountability for the commercial business across various countries across Latin America — a diverse set of markets spanning large anchor economies and smaller high-potential markets within a predominantly partner- and distribution-driven environment. Distinguished by a plant-to-patient perspective, the role spans the full commercial value chain, from portfolio and pricing strategy through tender and contracting execution to patient access, across biosimilars and generics (Oncology, Immunology/Inflammation).
- This is a build-and-shape mandate and the perfect opportunity for entrepreneurial leaders: the Cluster Lead will stand up a new cluster operating model from the ground up, setting strategic direction across in-market and launch assets while balancing standardization with calibration to local market realities.
