SHEIN is looking for aSenior Influencer Marketing Specialistto lead influencer and creator campaigns that make an impact from finding the right talent to turning big ideas into campaigns that drivebuzz, engagement, and business results.What You'll Do:Own influencer marketing strategy and campaigns fromconcept to execution.
Find and build relationships withcreators, influencers, celebrities, and talent.
Lead negotiations and partnerships with talents, agencies, and managers.
Develop campaigns aroundnew launches, collections, events, pop-ups, activations, and seasonal moments.
Turn creative ideas into campaigns that driveawareness, engagement, traffic, and sales.
Track campaign performance across key metrics such asreach, engagement, views, conversions, ROI, EMV, and sales.
Turn data intoclear insights and recommendationsto make the next campaign even better.
Stay ahead ofsocial trends, emerging creators, platforms, and content formats.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to make sure campaigns are delivered smoothly and on-brand.What We're Looking For:8+ years of experiencein influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media,



PR, or related fields.
Proven experience leading influencer campaigns withinfashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
Strong understanding of theTik Tok and Instagram creator ecosystem.
Experience negotiating and managing relationships withtalents, agencies, and talent representatives.
Strong analytical skills with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English is required.
Strong understanding ofdigital culture, social trends, and emerging talent.
Creative, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in afast-paced environment.
