You will report directly to our Senior Mfg Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Juarez, Mexico location on an on-site work schedule.In this role, you will impact manufacturing productivity and product quality by providing technical support, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.At Honeywell, our people leaders play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company.
Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive cultureProvide technical expertise and guidance to the maintenance teamSupport the implementation of maintenance processes and proceduresTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth maintenance activitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and qualityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocationDaily work assignments are completed on time and no rework is required.Maintain and repair all assets to ensure their proper operating conditionDocument maintenance tasks and submit maintenance reportsSetup and maintain work cells in accordance with 5S principles.Manage maintenance schedule priorities and independently tracking inventory of spare parts while executing work to meet company deliverablesCarry out down time analysis related to PTH machines (Wave Solder, Conformal Coating, Router, Conveyors, PCB Washer)YOU MUST HAVE5+ years of experience in maintenance or a similar roleStrong technical knowledge and expertise in maintenance processesExperience of PTH Equipment (Wave Solder,
