We are looking for aCustomer Success Representativeto support customers acrossMexico and South America, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the order lifecycle—from order entry to successful delivery.
What you'll do
Build strong relationships with approximately20 assigned customer accounts.
Manage customer orders with high accuracy while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Inventory Planning to ensure on-time fulfillment.
Provide product information, pricing support and order status updates.
Resolve customer inquiries, delivery issues and billing-related questions.
Monitor inventory availability and proactively communicate supply updates.
Maintain accurate customer and order information withinSAP.
Support the sales team by identifying opportunities and contributing topipeline generation(no hunting or quota-carrying responsibilities).




Ensure service excellence while meeting established response-time KPIs.
Success in this role means
Responding to customer requests within12 hours.
Processing and attending customer orders within24 hours.
Maintaining99% data entry accuracy.
Delivering an outstanding customer experience across every interaction.
What we're looking for
3–5 years of experience inCustomer Success, Customer Service, Order Management, Inside Sales Support or Sales Operationswithin aB2 B manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience managing customer orders from receipt through delivery.
Hands-on experience usingSAP ERP(required).
Experience with Microsoft CRM or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory coordination and customer order processes.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced English(written and spoken) is required, as you will collaborate with regional and international stakeholders.
