We cater services to 2 main businesses namely General Markets and Securities Services.Our clients are spread across the Globe covering APAC, EMEA, MENA and Americas.ResponsibilitiesTo ensure that issues / problems are effectively investigated and resolved or are appropriately referred with recommendationsTo respond quickly to urgent work demands and be flexible with work timingsRisk management, to be aware of Data Standards / CDEs and to be compliant as per HSBC policiesManage and evolve the automation tools / business rules of an ever-changing businessAcquire good understanding of process and business applications as an SMEPrepare up to date reports & presentations for senior management meetingsThe responsibility would be to own and manage along with Automation tools for enterprise reference data maintenance across various asset classes in the department (Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives & FX Business)To ensure that all work is delivered within agreed timeframes and meets the required high-quality standardTo deliver a high-quality customer driven service which provides customers with a positive view of HSBC and meets their expectation in terms of accuracy, timeliness and professionalismUnderstand and deliver excellent customer service.
