We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Agent for our Boutique Hotel in the beautiful surf region outside of Ixtapa/Zihuatenajo, Mexico.
This is a salaried position beginning right away.
The role is a mixture of Guest Services, Yoga Studio operations, Reception, Boutique sales, and helping to ensure the overall smooth operations of the retreat center.POSITION:Front Desk AgentWe are looking for an experienced, kind-hearted, person with a background in hospitality and office administration to:Handle check-ins and check-outsAccommodate guest requestsSign-in students into yoga classes using MindBody softwareCommunicate with hotel staff on the status of guest roomsPromote hotel services and activitiesBook and schedule appointments and activities for guestsHandle cash & CC paymentsMaintain a clean and neat front desk areaContribute to the operations of the retreat centerAn ideal applicant must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
