The Quality Control Analyst will play a key role in ensuring products are produced and delivered to Bruegmann standards.RESPONSIBILITIESQuality Control InspectionsPerform physical inspections of products and components in manufacturing sitesCompare results against product specifications and pre-set control limitsInvestigate nonconform results and run root cause analysisWork with suppliers to improve and solve production problemsDocument data accurately and maintain logQuality Control ProcessesReview current specifications and inspection procedures ensuring these are fit for purposeWork with suppliers to improve processes that yield reduction on defect ratesReplicate internal quality management system and improve where possibleStakeholder ManagementDaily collaboration in ensuring technical requirements are metCommunication regarding escalations of any supplier orders that are non-conform and resolving any issuesAttending video teams calls with Engineering, Product Development and Sourcing on open orders and programsUnderstanding Bruegmann product standards to meet customer expectationsProactively offering solutions to improve processesPROFILE & QUALIFICATIONSBA/BS in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalentQuality Assurance & Testing MethodologiesRoot Cause Analysis & Problem SolvingAttention to Detail & AccuracyProcess improvement & OptimizationStatistical process control and testing toolsHighly Organized & Critical Thinking – Time Management competenciesSelf-Motivated – Active LearningUnderstanding of common manufacturing processesDesire to work in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines.
