Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for connecting with people and sharing the Riviera Maya lifestyle

Plalla Real Estate is looking for two proactive and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our team. In this role, you will represent buyers and sellers across the Riviera Maya, guiding clients through acquiring their dream vacation home or highreturn investment, and helping owners successfully market and sell their properties.

If you dont have a background in real estate, you must have proven experience in sales, customer service, call centers, or other international clientfacing roles where communication, negotiation, and closing skills are second nature. We provide full 1on1 training and ongoing support to set you up for success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Buyer Representation Guide national and international buyers stepbystep to buy their idóneo vacation home or investment property.




Property Listings Connect with property owners to qualify, list, market, and sell residential properties.
Property Tours Host engaging property viewings showcasing the best of the Riviera Maya.
Pipeline Management Keep client records, followups, and sales stages updated in our CRM.
Brand Presence Collaborate with our marketing team on property video tours and social media content.

REQUIREMENTS
Sales Experience Proven background in real estate, highticket sales, customer service, tourism, or international clientfacing roles.
Strong Mindset Ambitious, disciplined, and selfmotivated to achieve high financial goals through consistency and perseverance.
Bilingual Skills Professional proficiency in English and Spanish. French is a plus.
Local Resident Currently living in Playa del Carmen with solid knowledge of the local area.
TechSavvy Comfortable using CRM systems, mobile apps, and participating in video content.
Work Equipment Possess a reliable laptop and a modern smartphone for daily work.
