**About the Position**:As a Personal Loan Pre-Qualification Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients interested in personal loans.You'll assist them by performing a **soft credit pull** to determine if they qualify for a loan.If they meet the necessary qualifications, you'll seamlessly **transfer them to a specialist** who will handle the next steps in the process.While you won't be closing sales or making deals directly, you'll play a critical role in helping clients access the financial services they need.
**Key Details**:- **Base Pay**: $4,500 per week, **plus performance-based bonuses**.
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, from **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM**.
- **Location**: This is **not a work-from-home position**.
You'll be working from our office in **Colonia Reforma, Rosarito**.

**Who We're Looking For**:We're specifically seeking **highly motivated individuals** who meet the following qualifications:- **Call Center Experience**: Previous experience in a call center environment is required.
- **Fluency in English**: You must be completely fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.

- **Multitasking**: You'll need to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
