We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer specializing in printed circuit boards PCBs to join our team within an automotive manufacturing environment we are looking for a engineer that ensure the proper operation, diagnosis, testing, and continuous improvement of electronic circuit boards. This position will provide technical support to Production, Quality, and Engineering while reducing defects, downtime, scrap, and rework through rootcause analysis and permanent corrective actions

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, or repairing electronic circuit boards.
Strong knowledge of SMD and THT electronic components.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and PCB layouts.
Experience with SMT processes, including solder paste printing, component placement, reflow.
Proficiency in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and electronic testing equipment.
Experience with functional testing, incircuit testing ICT, and product validation.
Knowledge of soldering, desoldering, and electronic component rework.
Experience with rootcause analysis and structured problemsolving methodologies. Familiarity with quality tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
Intermediate technical English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose electrical and electronic failures in PCBs at the component level.
Provide technical support to production lines, electronic equipment, and test stations.




Analyze recurring defects and implement permanent corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor and improve key indicators, including firstpass yield, scrap, rework, failure rates, and downtime.
Validate new products, engineering changes, electronic components, and manufacturing processes.
Develop, implement, and optimize testing methods, procedures, and equipment.
Coordinate soldering, repair, and rework activities.
Prepare and update PFMEAs, Control Plans, work instructions, and technical documentation.
Train technicians and operators in testing procedures, troubleshooting methods, and acceptance criteria.
Participate in continuous improvement, costreduction, and wasteelimination projects.
