Perform the project accounting process in Genius in collaboration with the Financial Controller.
Set up and maintain new mold projects, contract modifications and maintenance requests
Track budgets, costs and work in progress
Close projects and contribute to margin analysis

Prepare and send customer invoices

Prepare customer statements, track invoices, support collections and follow up

Contribute to monthend close tasks
Perform projectrelated entries
Prepare files for revenue recognition, monthend reporting and financial statement preparation

Participate and contribute to the ERP transition

Perform project, customer and balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies

Contribute to process documentation and knowledge sharing to strengthen the Finance department
