Position Summary
Adobar is looking for a creative and energetic Marketing & Social Media Coordinator who can transform our restaurant experience into content people want to see, share, and be part of.
This person will help develop Adobar’s digital personality, create content, manage our social media platforms, promote events and menu launches, and build an online community around Mexican food, culture, lucha libre, and social experiences.
Main Responsibilities
Create and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms.
Produce photos, videos, reels,



stories, and creative campaigns.
Develop a monthly social media content calendar.
Promote new menu items, events, collaborations, and special experiences.
Interact with customers and build Adobar’s online community.
Identify social media and cultural trends that fit the brand.
Monitor content performance and engagement.
Collaborate with the restaurant team to generate new marketing ideas.
Maintain a consistent visual identity, tone, and personality across platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong creativity and communication skills.
Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
Basic photography, video editing, and content creation skills.
Understanding of branding and digital marketing.
Interest in Mexican food, culture, entertainment, and lifestyle.
