Summary:
The Financial Recruiting Coordinator supports Wisepath Recruit's finance and accounting recruiting desk
by coordinating candidate sourcing, screening, and communication across the full recruiting lifecycle. This
role works closely with the CEO and Principal Recruiter to keep requisitions moving, review and pre-
screen candidates to qualify them for submission, and ensure client-facing documentation is accurate,
helping the team place finance and accounting talent efficiently and professionally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Coordinate scheduling for candidate screens, client interviews, and offer calls across multiple
open finance and accounting requisitions.
● Source and review candidate resumes using the applicant tracking system (ATS) and job boards,
and conduct pre-screens to qualify candidates before submission to the CEO and Principal
Recruiter.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition records within the ATS/CRM,
including status updates and interview notes.
● Draft and send candidate communications, including outreach messages,



interview confirmations,
and status updates.
● Prepare submission packets and candidate profiles for client review, ensuring accuracy and
consistency.
● Prepare Interview best practices to send to the candidate (Client website, FAQ, presentation and
professional appearance).
● Support reference checks and background check coordination.
● Track requisition aging, submission-to-interview ratios, and other recruiting metrics, compiling
regular status reports for the CEO and Principal Recruiter.
● Create, publish, and optimize job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and the
company careers page, and track posting performance and applicant activity within JazzHR.
