We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Financial Services, preferably Wealth Management, and demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking, data mapping, and UX design capabilities. This role serves as a critical bridge between onshore clients and offshore development teams, ensuring seamless communication, requirements alignment, and delivery of high-value solutions.

Responsibilities





Collaborate closely with onshore clients, offshore development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements with a strategic mindset
Drive the strategic vision for product and solution development, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term value creation
Lead data mapping initiatives, translating complex business data requirements into actionable technical specifications
Apply UX design principles to create intuitive, user-centered solutions and wireframes that enhance user experience and engagement
Develop comprehensive testing strategies and scenarios to ensure solution quality, reliability, and alignment with business objectives
Design and build insightful Power BI reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making for stakeholders
