Masterbatch Production Maintanance Specialist
Relocation Opportunity – Lima, Peru
We are looking for an experienced maintenance and production expert with strong knowledge of Farrell Pomini Continuous Mixers and black masterbatch production to join a leading international plastics company in Lima, Peru.

Key Responsibilities
Improve performance and reliability of TSCM equipment
Reduce downtime and increase production efficiency
Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
Support technical improvement and equipment upgrade projects
Troubleshoot production and equipment issues
Requirements
6+ years in industrial manufacturing
3+ years working with continuous mixers, compounders, and extrusion equipment
Hands-on experience with Farrell Pomini Continuous Mixers
Experience in black masterbatch production
Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance
Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar technical background
Good English for an international work environment
