"Job Responsibilitiesu**** You will support development of and deploy strategic initiatives to facilitate cross-business synergies across a rationalized set of integral and regional preferred supplier partners.
u**** You will negotiate and manage key strategic supplier contracts and relationships.
u**** You will review, approve, monitor and report compliance to category agreements and strategies based upon Eaton SCM strategic directions.
u**** You will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for approximately $20M Spend of Mechanical Assemblies and $10M- u00a715M Spend of Stampings (under guidance from NA Stampings Category Manager) for the NA Electrical Sector.You will drive category performance toward optimal conditions (cost, commercial, working capital, quality, delivery, resiliency, and VAVE) by leveraging synergies across businesses and driving the u201cOne Eatonu201d philosophy through collaboration with business stakeholders.
u**** You will plan, prepare and execute annual profit planning for the owned spend, and support execution with the business cross-functional teams.




u**** You will lead Supplier Business Reviews with strategic suppliers annually.
u**** You will identify potential financial and operational threats to the business and develop and deploy proactive supplier risk mitigation strategies to ensure supply continuity.
u**** You will facilitate the cross-functional team in effectively managing financially distressed supplier situations with high visibility to senior leadership.
u**** You will support stamping sourcing activities in Mexico.

u**** The total Mechanical Assembly spend is around~$20M spread at over 100 vendors.Stampings scope : around $10M-$15M spend associated.
