Job DescriptionThe Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting regional cash management, liquidity operations, and banking activities across the LATAM region.
This role works closely with the Regional Treasury Manager, regional finance teams, and external banking partners to maintain optimal cash positioning, execute banking transactions, and support treasury initiatives that enable business growth and project funding in LATAM.Key ResponsibilitiesCash Management & LiquidityPrepare cash positioning and forecasting for LATAM entitiesMonitor cash flows and identify opportunities to optimize liquidity across the regionSupport cash concentration, pooling, and intercompany funding activitiesAssist with short-term investments and working capital managementMaintain appropriate operating cash buffers in coordination with Regional Treasury ManagerSupport the administration and ongoing management of the local Travel & Expense (T&E;) programBanking & Transaction ProcessingSupport the timely and accurate execution of local transactions, including HR, tax, and customs related paymentsAdminister banking platforms and maintain banking relationships for LATAM entitiesServe as the first point of contact for operational banking matters across LATAMSupport bank account maintenance, documentation, and KYC/AML complianceMonitor banking fees and service levels in coordination with Regional Treasury ManagerForeign Exchange & Treasury OperationsAssist with management and execution of foreign exchange tradesMonitor FX exposures and prepare analysis on currency impactsSupport treasury process automation and banking platform enhancementsEnsure compliance with treasury policies and internal controlsRegional Finance & Project SupportWork closely with collections, accounts payable,



and regional finance teams to optimize cash flowsSupport project funding requirements and capital movementsAssist with month-end reconciliation and reporting processesProvide cash insights and analysis to internal stakeholdersAnalysis & ReportingSupport Treasury quarter-end activities and reporting requirements across the LATAM regionPrepare cash flow reports and treasury status updates for management reviewConduct analysis on cash trends, working capital optimization, and efficiency opportunitiesSupport audit requests and treasury-related inquiriesIdentify and elevate control gaps or process improvementsRequired Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field2-5 years of progressive experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or Corporate FinanceStrong experience with cash management operations, preferably in a multi-country environmentSolid understanding of banking products, cash pooling, liquidity management, and FX conceptsExperience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and banking platformsAdvanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)Key CompetenciesStrong execution focus and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with problem solving capabilitiesProactive and collaborative approach to working across regional teamsStrong integrity and commitment to process compliance and internal controlsCuriosity and willingness to learn new technologies, processes,
