Billing Specialists are responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate generationand submission of invoices for all customer jobs, supporting the efficiency andsuccess of the company ́s' regional operations departments.
The key function of thisposition is to take the prepared data, generate invoices, submit them to clients, andfollow up on payments.
This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations andhelping to resolve billing issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesTakes the prepared data and generates invoices, ensuring all completed service orders are accurately reflected.Submits invoices to clients and follows up on payments to ensure timely collection.
Handles billing issues,
