You will represent Assetara Limited on camera, evaluate candidate potential, and report directly to top management.Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing & Job Posting: Publish open job positions across free recruitment channels, job boards, and social media platforms.Inbound Application Management: Review and process candidate resumes provided directly by the company.Interview Scheduling:



Communicate with candidates via Email and WhatsApp to set up interview slots aligned with their respective time zones.Video Interviewing & Recording: Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews per day (Monday to Friday, ~***** interviews per week).
Recording every video interview is strictly mandatory as part of your reporting to leadership.Daily Reporting & Planning: Maintain accurate daily logs, track candidate pipelines, and submit structured daily reports.Requirements & Qualifications:Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English with clear diction, professional presentation skills, and high confidence on camera.HR / Recruiting Background: Prior experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles is preferred.Technical Infrastructure: Dedicated home office setup equipped with a high-definition webcam, clear microphone, and a stable high-speed internet connection.
