Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Quote Services Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, MX!
This position requires fluency in English, please provide your CV/resume in English.
What You'll Be Doing
Data entry of customer quotes (does not create quotes, only enters, scrubbing, cleaning and prepared the data)
Scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy
Monitor quote process daily
Communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup quote for customer
Monitor pending quote items for completion,



notify sales for markup, download into customer format, and prepare for sending
What We're Looking For
Typically requires a 2-year degree and 1– 2 years of experience or equivalent related experience.
Industrial, Electronic, or Systems Engineering education and/or experience preferred, but not required.
Advanced application of Microsoft Excel (Visual Basic preferred), database experience & Power BI.

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
