Work #LikeABoschResponsible for managing the complete recruitment process for direct and technical positions, ensuring timely delivery of required talent, on-time file submissions, and developing new strategies for the recruitment function.
Strategic Advisory: Actively advise executives and HR Business Partners on job profiles, search channels, selection procedures, and talent market insights to support informed hiring decisions.
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize the recruitment process, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce hiring cycle times.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers, department heads,



and HR teams to understand talent needs, provide recruitment updates, and ensure alignment on hiring priorities and timelines.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate recruitment records, ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies, and prepare recruitment reports for management review.
