The SRE Engineer will improve the reliability, observability, deployment safety, and operational readiness of cloud-native e-commerce services.Required Qualifications:- Experience with a cloud platform such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.- Hands-on experience supporting Kubernetes workloads in production.- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.- Experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code tool.- Experience with monitoring, logging, incident response, and production troubleshooting.- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Bash, or another automation language.- Experience supporting highly available production systems.- Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering teams.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with GCP and GKE.- Experience with GitHub Actions.- Experience with Cloud Monitoring, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, or Grafana.- Experience with Istio or another service mesh.- Experience with Apigee or another API gateway.- Understanding of SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and incident-management practices.- Experience with canary, blue/green, or progressive delivery strategies.
