We are looking for a Junior Business Development Representative based in CDMX to support B2B growth through proactive prospecting and outbound sales activities. This role is idóneo for a driven sales professional with strong cold-calling experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term business relationships in a fast-paced environment.You Have- 1.5+ years of experience working in a sales environment (B2B experience is desirable).- Strong experience in cold calling and lead prospecting within a B2B environment.- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand products and services.- Experience handling high-volume outbound calling.- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).You Will- Provide accurate weekly, monthly,



and quarterly sales forecasts.- Develop strong product knowledge and technical understanding of services to assess client needs and requirements.- Proactively identify and address customer concerns or roadblocks that may impact satisfaction or product usage.- Manage competitive pressures and handle objections to retain existing customers and acquire new ones.- Manage a high volume of customer and prospect interactions via phone and email, with the majority of communication being outbound.- Collaborate closely with your team and management to ensure a professional and consistent customer experience.- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure all customer and prospect data is accurate and up to date.- Execute sales motions including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, customer advocacy, and contract renewals.- Work as part of a sales team and report directly to a Sales Manager.
