Bilingual Training Systems Analyst

Education:

- Technical degree, TSU, Bachelor's, or related field.

Experience:

- Experience in Automotive industry.

- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, administration, training, HR or similar roles.

- English B2-C1: Reading, writing, and communication.

- Intermediate- advanced Excel skills.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Organized, proactive and results- oriented

Knowledge and activities:

- Maintain and update training programs on platforms and software.

- Training employees and key users on the correct use of the training platform.

- Develop user guides, training materials, and procedures in English.

- Provide ongoing support and resolve platform related questions or issues.

- Coordinate with general corporate teams regarding platform updates and requirements.

- Support audits by providing accurate training records and evidence.
