ESE Advisors is building a new sales team in Tijuana to support a U.S.-based technology company.

We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) with strong English communication skills, confidence on the phone, and a commercial mindset.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating conversations with companies across the United States and Canada, and generating qualified sales opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Research target companies and identify key decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Contact prospects across the United States and Canada.
- Identify business needs and qualify sales opportunities.
- Follow up consistently and effectively with prospects.
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Accurately document activities, results, and next steps in Salesforce.




- Prepare clear notes to ensure a smooth transition between the SDR and Account Executive.
- Work toward established sales goals and performance metrics.

Requirements
- Advanced professional English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in sales, prospecting, business development, inside sales, or appointment setting.
- Previous experience making outbound calls.
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Results-oriented mindset and comfort working with performance metrics.
- Persistence and ability to handle rejection.
- Openness to coaching and continuous learning.
- Availability to work on-site in Tijuana.
