Job Summary:

We are seeking a Full-Time remote California Litigation Staff Lawyer to assist in our Litigation department. Must know California Personal Injury Law and State nuances. Must be Bilingual (English - Spanish).

Your day-to-day activities will vary, giving you plenty of opportunities to continue your career and grow!

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

- Drafting Complaints and Initial Discovery
- 3+ years in California PERSONAL INJURY experience
- Forwarding Complaints to process servers and monitoring service of process
- Drafting Discovery Responses
- Calendaring and Noticing Depositions and Leaves of Absence
- Drafting and Filing Standard Motions and Motion Responses
- Calendaring litigation timelines
- Conducting status update calls with clients
- Client update calls
- Sending out and following up on non-party discovery requests




- Assist in trial preparation.
