We are looking for an experienced Controller with a strong hospitality finance background, excellent analytical skills, and a strategic mindset to support the hotel’s financial performance and ensure effective management of its resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and interpret financial statements, operating results, and key financial indicators.

- Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets and forecasts.

- Monitor and analyze expenses, costs, and budget variances, recommending corrective actions when necessary.

- Prepare financial reports and analysis to support General Management decision-making.

- Monitor the financial performance of the hotel’s different departments.

- Oversee accounting processes, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and internal controls.

- Participate in monthly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and profitability improvement.

- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

- Support internal and external audits.

- Partner closely with General Management and department leaders on the hotel’s financial planning and performance.

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.





- Minimum of 5 years of finance experience within hotels of similar category and operational complexity.

- Previous experience as a Controller, Assistant Director of Finance, or similar financial leadership position.

- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.

- Ability to interpret financial information and translate data into actionable recommendations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with operational departments.

- Results-driven and proactive mindset.

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with hospitality/financial systems.

- Professional working proficiency in English preferred.
