Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a bilingual professional with prior healthcare experience to join our dynamic, international team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional, empathetic, and professional support in English to patients and customers navigating healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver clear and efficient assistance across multiple communication channels.
- Share precise guidance on healthcare processes, policies, and services.
- Help resolve inquiries regarding scheduling, insurance, billing, collections, and general medical inquiries.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and update records in real time.
- Maintain strict adherence to compliance protocols and data privacy guidelines.
- Efficiently route complex or specialized issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Consistently foster a welcoming, patient-centered service experience.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree completed (any discipline).
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 level minimum).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical or healthcare contact center setting.




- Hands-on background in at least one of these domain areas:
- Health insurance
- Appointment scheduling
- Medical billing or collections
- Patient/member relations
- Healthcare customer support
- Related healthcare operations
- Strong active listening, verbal communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven commitment to handling sensitive patient information with discretion and confidentiality.

Note: Advanced English and prior healthcare contact center experience are mandatory requirements.

Compensation

- Monthly salary: $19,500 MXN
