As a Software Supervisor Cloud Solutions here at Honeywell Security and Access Solutions, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of cloud-based software solutions for security and access control systems. You will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and driving the delivery of high-quality cloud solutions, with a focus on platform and credentialing. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of our cloud-based products, enabling our customers to protect their assets and maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of DevOps, SRE and software engineers in the development and delivery of cloud-based software solutions for security and access control systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and ensure alignment with customer needs.

- Drive the DevOps culture and pipelines of our SW solutions in Cloud, software development process, including close collaboration with our Cloud Architects for architectural decisions.

- Ensure adherence to cloud architecture best practices, security standards, and industry regulations.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends in security and access control systems.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE





- Experience working with JavaScript and TypeScript

- 8+ years of experience in Software, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency across Cloud technologies and DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
